Characteristics

Double the goodness.  One by one, we stretch and free-form our ciabatta bread to create large air pockets that give it that wildly uneven interior and distinctive moist crumb.

Handling At Home

Thawing bread before baking is recommended.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Remove bread from package and place directly onto oven rack or sheet pan.  Bake for 14-16 minutes.  Oven times may vary.  Increase baking time by 5-8 minutes if bread is frozen.

[Shelf life: 2-3 days]

Handling At Store

Remove breads from the freezer.  Product should be thawed at room temperature.  To thaw product, place product on a bakery rack and thaw for 1-2 hours.  Price product by using a tape gun that states price and sell by date.  Maximum shelf stable date is 3 days.
